A 57-year-old male with hypertension and diabetes was rushed to the emergency room due to a deterioration of consciousness. The patient was successfully stabilized at the ER. Upon secondary physical examination, the patient is confused but oriented to place and person. His blood pressure is 170/100 mmHg, heart rate is 76 bpm, and respiratory rate is 14 cpm. It was observed that his left eye is fixated in an inferolateral direction with dilated nonresponsive pupils, while his right arm showed tremors and incoordination when asked to reach for an object. No paralysis was noted in both upper and lower extremities. A CT scan was requested, but the results were pending. What is the most probable diagnosis?
