A 28-year-old G2P1 mother at 35 weeks AOG came to your clinic with the following biophysical profile scoring: NST has 3 accelerations greater than 15 bpm, each for more than 15 seconds. There were 20 seconds of fetal breathing for 30 minutes, 2 discrete body movements, and 1 episode of extremity extension followed by subsequent flexion. The AFI is 1.2cm.
