A 30-year-old female, G1P1, presented to the clinic with a 2-year history of progressive virilization. She experienced facial and bodily hair growth, oligomenorrhea, and irregular menses. Additionally, she had acne and a deepening of her voice. Upon examination, it was found that she had grossly female genitalia, clitoromegaly, and a palpable right adnexal mass. An ultrasound revealed a right complex adnexal mass. What is the possible condition?
