A 33-year-old G3P2 (2002) went to the OPD due to spotting. Her LMP was 28 weeks ago, and she claims that she has not felt any fetal movement for the past month. On examination, fundal height is 18 cm, and no fetal heart tone is detected. An ultrasound was done, revealing no cardiac activity. What would be the management of this patient?
