A 24-year-old primigravid, who is 9 weeks pregnant, consulted due to passing of meaty material. The history started a day prior to the consultation, with the patient experiencing crampy abdominal pain (rated 7-8/10 on the pain scale) along with spotting. A few hours before the consultation, the patient noticed the passing-out of meaty material through the vagina. A speculum examination showed a closed cervix. To confirm the findings, you requested an ultrasound which revealed an empty uterine cavity. What would be your next step?
