A term neonate is delivered via cesarean section because of cephalopelvic disproportion. The amniotic fluid is clear, and the infant cried almost immediately after birth. Minutes after birth, however, there was noted increase in respiratory rate and grunting. A chest x-ray showed fluid in the fissures and prominent pulmonary vascular markings. What is the most likely diagnosis?
