A 65-year-old female came in for complaints of knee pain. Her medical problems include hypertension, gouty arthritis, and dyslipidemia. She has seen several doctors already for consult of her knee pain but it doesn’t seem to go away with medications and physical therapy. She says, I am already tired. No one is helping me. No medication is effective for my knee pain. I can’t even clean the house or do the laundry. It’s better for me to apply for a PWD card. What is the most appropriate response?
