PLE-7842
A 39-year-old female noticed a 2cm hard lump on her left breast 2 years ago. Over time, it has progressively enlarged to its current size of 12x10cm and has become an ulcerating weeping lesion. There are no palpable nodes in the left axilla. Microscopic examination revealed a leaf-like pattern of complexity with branching spaces that are invaginated by fibrous stroma. What is the recommended treatment?
