A 56-year-old male was brought to the ER due to sudden onset of severe headache. During the ER stay, he became lethargic. Physical examination findings revealed a positive Kernig sign. Additionally, there is bilateral CN VI palsy. Manual muscle testing showed left side weakness of 3/5 and right side strength of 5/5. What is the Hunt and Hess classification of this patient?
