A 55-year-old male patient with a 5-year history of fairly controlled hypertension and diabetes, as well as a previous appendectomy 20 years ago, presented with a chief complaint of abdominal pain. The pain was described as generalized and intermittent, accompanied by episodes of vomiting. The patient also reported anorexia, passage of flatus, and noted that his last bowel movement was 3 days ago. During the focused physical examination, mild abdominal tenderness was found near the umbilical and epigastric areas. There was no rebound tenderness or pain blood on digital rectal examination. A simple abdominal x-ray in both supine and upright positions was performed. What are the most likely findings on the x-ray?
