A 50-year-old male, who is a 10 pack-year smoker and hypertensive, consulted due to dyspnea. His history revealed multiple episodic attacks of dyspnea and coughing over the past few years. He mentioned that his siblings have also experienced similar coughing episodes. He stated that the dyspnea and coughing would often occur during colds, and episodes of flu would last for a few weeks before resolving, only to return again after a few months.
