A 27-year-old male is brought to the ER due to severe chest pain radiating to his left arm, with associated body weakness and diaphoresis. PE revealed small, raised yellowish lesions around the eye and on volar surfaces of both arms. ECG revealed ST elevations. His brother died at the age of 24 due to a heart problem.
