What is the cause of the condition in a 23-year-old female who went for a consultation due to multiple painful lymphadenopathies along the inguinal area? Some lesions are suppurated with the formation of sinus tracts and there is fibrosis along the perianal region. The groove sign is positive. The patient is sexually active with 4 male partners.
