A 35-year-old female, G3P3 (2012), presented to the ER due to hypogastric pain. On history, 4 months post-term cesarean section, she has noted abnormal vaginal bleeding and foul-smelling vaginal discharge. On colposcopic exam, a vegetative lesion on the cervix was observed. Biopsy of the lesion was done, which showed nests and tongues of malignant squamous epithelium invading the underlying stroma. There was also noted koilocytic atypia.
