A patient came to you from Pangasinan, where his wife told you that he had been infected by a flesh-eating bacteria. You admitted the patient and submitted a specimen to the Pathology department for microbiological studies. The results revealed a double hemolysis on the Blood agar plate, growth on Egg yolk Agar, nonmotile bacteria with rapidly spreading growth, and positive for Lecithinase. What bacteria may be responsible?
