A 60-year-old postmenopausal female presents with postmenopausal spotting. A transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) showed a thickened endometrium and a right ovarian mass. There were also elevated inhibin levels. Biopsy revealed Schiller duval bodies. What is the most likely diagnosis?
