A 25-year-old model with multiple sexual partners came to your office complaining of vaginal pruritus and discharge, accompanied by intermittent pelvic pain. Transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) showed normal anatomy of the uterus, oviducts, and ovaries. A speculum exam was done, which showed mucopurulent discharge with cervical tenderness.
