A 3-year-old girl presents with generalized edema shortly after recovery from an upper respiratory infection. Laboratory studies reveal marked albuminuria, as well as hypoalbuminemia and hyperlipidemia. Prior similar episodes responded to steroids. What is the most likely diagnosis?
