A 49-year-old female presented to the ER with a right tibial fracture after falling from a standing height. X-ray revealed a middle transverse fracture of the right tibia with noted enlarged, sclerotic irregular thickening of both cortical and cancellous bone. Further physical examination noted weakness of bilateral hip flexors and knee flexors, sensory deficit on L3-S1 dermatome bilateral. The patient presents with a prominent zygoma and supraorbital ridge with frontal bossing. She also has lateral rectus palsy on the right and peripheral facial palsy on the left. What is the most likely diagnosis of the patient?
