A 30-year-old female patient presents with nonspecific pneumonitis, cough, intermittent bouts of bronchial asthma, and a long-standing history of allergic rhinitis. She also presents with nodular skin lesions. Biopsy of the skin lesions reveals capillary vasculitis with granulomas and eosinophilic necrosis. There is no noted renal involvement.
