A 35-year-old female presents with an erythematous rash on the cheeks, aggravated by exposure to sunlight. She has a history of repeated recurrent joint pains and swelling over the ankles and wrists. She also has oral aphthous ulcers accompanied by headaches and easy fatigability. She came in for a consultation due to a recent onset of bipedal edema accompanied by tea-colored urine. Initial workups were requested, which revealed a urine protein of +2, urine RBC of 5-10, urine WBC of 0-1, pus cells of +1, RBC casts +1, and no crystals. ANA titers were also elevated. What is the autoantibody specific to this disease, which is also associated with renal pathological involvement?
